I woke up craving steak and eggs, but as you know, you cannot call it breakfast unless there is bacon!
Where are the eggs supposed to fit? I think I may need to find a bigger skillet, or buy a new stove that has one of those large flattop griddles down the middle.
In the end I had to move the bacon back to the oven with the other pound of bacon I had cooking on a tray, but not until I had accumulated enough bacon grease to keep my eggs from sticking.
Then I placed the eggs (not too pretty today I might add) over a bed of bacon strips and served them up with the 1 lb+ ribeye. I was pretty full and actually had a little bit of ribeye left over for a pre-workout snack later!
