Cooking ‘side pork’ for breaky

Frying it in bacon grease!

Side pork tastes more like pork chops than bacon when it’s done but that’s why I fried it with a generous amount of bacon grease in the skillet. I like it nice and crispy so I can dunk it in a bunch of runny fried egg yolks.
