Pork Roast Left-Overs

Today, I had rotisserie pork roast left overs. I wrapped one of the pieces in bacon (because I only had one slice of pre-cooked bacon left) and fried them up in some melted bacon grease. My wife made fresh mashed cauliflower and I used some of her left over unbelievable pork gravy.

I think I have about one more portion left of each so I can’t wait to try this again soon!
