I took a new your strip, seasoned it with chipotle spices, and broiled it up in my
speed-broiler. It takes about 6 minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the other to get it done medium well. While it was broiling, I sliced up fresh mushrooms and sauteed them in coconut oil. Once the meat was ready (after letting it stand for five minutes), I placed it on the dish and poured the oily mushrooms over the top. Fifteen minutes is all it took to make a great healthy dinner!
